RETURN & REFUND POLICY

priority. If you're not completely happy with 
your purchase, we're here to make it right.

1. ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS

We accept returns under the following conditions:
- Request made within 30 days of delivery
- Item is unused and in original condition
- Item is in original packaging
- Proof of purchase (order number) is provided

Non-returnable items:
- Items marked as final sale or clearance
- Items returned after 30 days
- Items showing signs of use or damage by customer

2. HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN

Step 1: Email us at support@petsageshop.com
Step 2: Include your order number and reason 
        for return
Step 3: Attach a photo of the item
Step 4: We will respond within 1–2 business days
        with return instructions

3. REFUNDS

Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Approved refunds are processed within 
  5–7 business days
- Refund will be issued to your original 
  payment method (PayPal, credit card)
- You will receive an email confirmation 
  once refund is processed
- Shipping costs are non-refundable

4. DAMAGED OR WRONG ITEMS

Did you receive a damaged or incorrect item?
We sincerely apologize!

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery:
- Email: support@petsageshop.com
- Include: order number + clear photo of item

We will either:
✓ Send a FREE replacement, or
✓ Issue a FULL refund — your choice!

No need to return the item in this case.

5. LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

If you haven't received your refund yet:
- Check your bank account or PayPal again
- Contact your bank — processing times vary
- If still missing after 10 business days, 
  email us at support@petsageshop.com

6. EXCHANGES

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time.
If you need a different item, please:
1. Return the original item for a refund
2. Place a new order for the correct item
